SHIPPING

To purchase one of our Eurorack modules, please see one of our dealers.  You can find a list here: http://www.rossum-electro.com/dealers/

 All SP-1200s will ship from California, fully insured with a signature required for delivery.  You will be notified when your order ships and emailed a tracking number. 

 If you can’t be there to receive the order.  There are several options:

  • Most carriers attempt delivery several times if you are not home. Contact the carrier directly.
  • We can have the delivery held at a local delivery facility until you can pick it up. Note that in order to pick it up the name on your ID will need to match the name on the shipment, so please don’t order using your stage name.
  • We will try to redirect your order to a different delivery address. In this case we will need to confirm your identity first.

 If your SP-1200 arrives with damaged packaging:

Shipping companies allow us a very small window for making claims for damage in transit so please let us know right away if your order arrives with freight damage and be prepared to send us photos.

 If the packaging is crushed, has a hole in it, is wet or has other visible damage, please take photos BEFORE opening the box.  (The SP1200 is packed in two cartons, supported by foam end caps and enclosed in a heavy plastic bag, so it is probably okay unless the damage is really bad.)

After taking photos, open the outer box and inner carton.  If anything looks like it’s damaged, please take more photos.  Then lift out the SP-1200, remove the bag and check it over carefully.  If you see damage, please take additional photos and contact us right away at:  http://www.rossum-electro.com/support/support-request-form/

 If there is no visible damage to the SP-1200 go ahead and try to make some music!  Let us know if you find a problem.

 If you find damage but the box looked okay (hidden damage):

Unfortunately, shipping cartons sometimes get dropped in transit and although the box looks okay, the product is not.

If you can, please take photos of the product before removing it from the box and the bag.  If you only discover the damage after unpacking it completely, please photograph the damage to the product.  Also photograph the packaging, especially the packaging that was near the area where the product was damaged.  Contact us right away at: http://www.rossum-electro.com/support/support-request-form/

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If the SP-1200 can’t be delivered to you, it will ultimately be returned to us.

If we haven’t heard from you by the time it’s returned, we will attempt to contact you by email for 7 days, after which time we will cancel your order and refund the purchase price plus any taxes.  The freight cost and shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. 

Because the supply of SP-1200 is limited, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to order an SP-1200  later should you wish to do so, nor will we be able to give you a “better place in line” for a future order based on the original date of your returned order.
